You can to Amazon.com and search for celiac disease and have a list of books. This is very helpful for me in celiac disease, an insidious epidemic by Dr. Green. There is also a zero because it is fairly easy to understand. The GF Kid: A Survival Guide to Celiac disease is an entertaining and informative reading.
