ReplyDeleteI only ask because I recently changed my pills Rover and had only two screws to undo in each series.
The problem occurs when you compress the caliper piston and the clips fit over the thicker new pads.
It takes a lot of leverage. My Rover uses a sliding clamp, if it is just a piston mounted on each side. Some cars have four pistons at each caliper ... It takes four g-cramps/c-cramps and requires opening the lid of the container and the brake fluid is covered to prevent dirt on him.
It could be worth £ 20, a local mechanic, it means to you. Just buy theWarehouse of a motor on local factors (or bring Halfords) and to adapt to a mechanic himself.
